Hexton Manor was the location for Laura and Andrews wedding ceremony, a beautiful venue, set within stunning gardens in the Hertfordshire countryside.
Laura arrived, in style with her Dad in a very cool vintage Nissan Figaro. Laura in a stunning lace and pale peach dress by Annasul Y, her hair accessorised with a delicate headdress that was hand made with her Grandmother's pearls, that were attached to crystal encrusted silver rose hair slides.
It really was a lovely laid back day full of love and lots of laughter, with their son Charlie almost stealing the day :)
They had a marquee reception at The White Hart, Flitton. It was exquisitely decorated by Laura and her close friends and family, with all the decor being mostly handmade by Laura herself. The cake was an incredible centrepiece made by Laura's Mum, and was again decorated with pearls and her Grandmother's cameos.
After an afternoon tea and the hilarious and emotional speeches, we headed over to a woodland area nearby the pub where we discovered a beautiful pond and jetty for Laura and Andrew to have some time together to digest the day and where we captured some great couple portraits, we then chased the glorious sunset climbing through through nettles, bushes and trees where we were rewarded with the most stunning light and open fields where horses were grazing. Watching the sun set after a perfect day, was Fab'!
Finishing with their first dance as a married couple, it started slow and romantic and culminating in a full on dance tack setting the scene for the part that was to come!
Congratulations Laura and Andrew, you rocked it - and thanks for the adventure through the wood, you were a trooper Laura! :)
